This 1973 split level was in need of a change. On the exterior the old plywood siding was removed and replaced with cypress lap siding and cedar T&G siding. All the old windows were replaced with energy efficient Andersen windows. A front and side porch was added and a new roof installed. On the inside, a new kitchen and 3 new bathrooms were constructed. A home office was built downstairs and built-ins for the boys’ room were installed. Overall, a very nice remodel for a happy client.
